I hope you are all keeping well. I have included this week’s suggested timetable. When tasks are given to children in the classroom, as teachers we allocate differentiated challenges to suit children’s needs as they arise. As this is a very different situation, this is not as easy to do. Therefore, please use the given website links if you want to provide different types of challenges. I have changed the timetable so that the children can focus one one topic a week . This weeks's topic is Sketching.
Children are welcome to continue with the grid task from the last two weeks. A platform is in the process of being set up where we can receive children’s pieces or work. I am really looking forward to this!
Please remember, this timetable is a guidance/suggestion only. Your peace of mind and your children’s mental health is what is the most important at this time.
I hope you are all keeping well. It was such a pleasure to speak to you and your child during the past week .
As the next two weeks mark the end of term holidays, the usual timetable will not be uploaded. In its place, I have created an activity challenge mat for children to complete. This is completely up to you whether you choose for your child to undertake these tasks or not. I have created it as more of an aid, in case you still would like some structure or help in keeping your child occupied .
This document can be printed out and if your child has completed a challenge they can colour in the box in which it is located.
There are some very fun activities involved.
For those of you who celebrate Easter , may you have a very happy one !
Take care and I look forward to being in contact again.
